Anika Hosseini is an associate attorney with List Jacobson-Kwok Thorndal, LLP.

 

Ms. Hosseini is a graduate of The University of San Francisco School of Law, and received her undergraduate degree from San Francisco State University.

Ms. Hosseini’s experience working in the field of family law began in 2014, at the Solano Legal Access Center (SLAC), where she interned as a Family Law Facilitator providing services to people wishing to represent themselves. Ms. Hosseini has also served as a judicial extern for the Family Law Division at San Francisco Superior Court and Contra Costa County. Prior to her admittance to the State Bar, Ms. Hosseini was a paralegal at an established family law firm in San Francisco.

Through her diverse experience in family law, Ms. Hosseini has gained considerable knowledge and training in dissolution of marriage and parentage actions, including, financial disclosures, child custody, child and spousal support, discovery, trial, and post-judgment matters.

Ms. Hosseini has served on The Bar Association of San Francisco’s Paralegal Executive Committee, and regularly participates in Continuing Learning Education speaking engagements for legal professionals. 

In law school, Ms. Hosseini honed in on her advocacy skills by participating in the Intensive Advocacy Program taught by skilled trial lawyers and judges from across the nation. Ms. Hosseini also served as a Development Director for USF’s Moot Court Program where she managed and coached law students competing in national competitions.

Ms. Hosseini is a Bay Area native. In her spare time, she enjoys planning staycations with her family and friends, cooking, and watching competitive cooking shows like Top Chef, Iron Chef, and Master Chef.
